Can I patch drywall in Ventura without a permit?

That line comes from the city’s Building and Safety counter, and crossing it means a permit. The ten square yards that circulates online belongs to no city in this county.

Is Pierpont in a flood zone?

The beach strip along Pierpont Lanes sits in Zone VE. The hazard there is the ocean, not a river climbing its bank. Flood is its own policy; the standard homeowners policy leaves it out.
